Your body finally lets go.
A float tank — also called a sensory deprivation tank or isolation tank — is a lightproof, soundproof environment filled with 10 inches of skin-temperature water saturated with 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt.
The salt makes you effortlessly buoyant. The silence removes all external stimuli. What remains is you — weightless, warm, completely at rest. It's one of the most powerful recovery tools available, and we've brought it to Mane.
The benefits are real.
Deep Rest
90 minutes in a float tank is shown to produce the same restorative effects as 4 hours of sleep. Your nervous system finally gets a break.
Stress Relief
Sensory deprivation rapidly lowers cortisol levels. Clients report leaving calmer, clearer, and more present than they've felt in months.
Muscle Recovery
1,000 lbs of Epsom salt creates a near-zero-gravity environment. Joints decompress, muscles unwind, and chronic tension melts away.
Mental Clarity
Without external input, your mind settles into deep focus. Many clients use float sessions for creative breakthroughs, problem-solving, and meditation.
"One session changes the way you understand rest. Two sessions change the way you move through the world."
Common questions, honest answers.
Do I need experience to float?
Not at all. First-time floaters are welcome — we walk you through everything before your session begins.
Is it claustrophobic?
The tank is larger than most people expect — roughly 8 ft long and 5 ft wide. You're in complete control and can open the door at any time.
What should I do to prepare?
Avoid caffeine 3–4 hours before. Don't shave or wax the same day. Eat a light meal 1–2 hours prior. That's it.
How long is a session?
Standard sessions are 60 or 90 minutes. We recommend 90 minutes for first-timers to fully settle in.
Is the water sanitary?
Absolutely. The high salt concentration is naturally antimicrobial. The water is also fully filtered and UV-sterilised between every session.
